- Leverage personal and contractor support to be a technical consult/expert/trainer for cell and operation team resources for applicable processes and systems.
- Oversee Centerline (CL) Management System
- Identify loss elimination priorities
- Oversee integrity of MES/downtime tracking System for the line
- Can work in a culture built around continuous improvement and change.
- Use PowerPoint and Excel software programs to analyze data, create standards and training materials
- Confer with other supervisors to help coordinate activities.
- Coach and train other employees. Be a mentor to upskill and train new and developing employees.
- Coordinate startup and training education for all improvement work.
- Use plant facilities and maintenance departments resources for all relevant project improvement work requiring needed support.
- Coordinate Focused Improvement (FI) work for all appropriate plant personnel, team members, contractors, and vendors required to provide completion of improvement projects
- Coordinate Autonomous Manufacturing Development (AMD) work for all appropriate plant personnel, team members, contractors, and vendors required to provide completion of improvement programs
- Use appropriate documentation skills to formalize improvements and lead sustainment of project goals.
- Manage assigned Daily Management systems assessment plan.
- Leverage appropriate CPS/FI tools for necessary data to support success criteria development.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required
- 1+ years of experience with continuous improvement projects, Operations or Operations Intern Experience
- Strong math skills
- Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and make conclusions.
- Familiarity with Continuous Improvement tools and statistical tools
- Understanding of manufacturing unit operations
- Statistics, data analysis skills
- Computer competency
- Exposure to SAP, PowerBI System
