IT Project Manager

- An experienced Project Manager who can take ideas and input from others and fully own the delivery – drive the work from concept to completion
- Take loose ideas, conversations, and directions and turn them into structured, actionable plans and execution-ready deliverables
- Partner with Experience Design (XD), product and tech teams to help shape ideas and deliver real outcomes
- Lead projects from strategy to execution, bringing clarity and momentum
- Own and create the deliverables – execution-ready assets, project trackers, briefs, timelines and communications
- Translate input from XD, product and stakeholders into clear, actionable plans
- Drive alignment across teams, ensure everyone understands priorities, decisions and next steps
- Act as the point of accountability, managing details while keeping the bigger picture in focus
- Tackle ambiguity with confidence, step in where needed and lead by doing
- 4+ years of project or program management with demonstrated outcomes and deliverables
- Strong written, visual and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Figma and MSF suite of applications
- Familiarity with the XD process and comfortable partnering with creative teams
- Highly organized and proactive, with a focus on execution and outcomes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines without compromising quality
- Confidence in leading conversations, summarizing decisions and moving teams to action
- Strong command skills, cross-functional confidence, and a bias for action to move work forward and keep everyone aligned
