
Lead Manufacturing Engineering Technician - Relocation Offered

- Responsible for machine start-ups
- Be the responder to all machine, robot, TCU and secondary equipment alarms.
- Ensure machines and robots are running at optimum efficiency
- Fix machine, mold, and material problems
- Report to Production engineer any difficulties or problems requiring special attention.
- Responsible for the accurate completion of paperwork.
- Responsible for all die change activities
- Responsible for maintaining the appearance of all TCU’s, Robot Control Stations
- Ensure proper care of all equipment especially the managing and proper disposal of all purgings.
- Responsible for continuous improvement (ideas and suggestions)
- Responsible to follow all OSHA and safety rules and regulations
- Other duties as requested. Follow established company policies and procedures, with a focus on safety laws. Wear personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.
- Make required machine and equipment control adjustments to maintain proper quality and cycle efficiency
- Support the development of Process Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (PFMEA)
- Preferably 3-5 years of experience in the injection molding process and tooling (including tooling qualifications and fixing), or equivalent.
- Preferably experience in process validations and adjustments through IQ, OQ & PQ.
