- Serve as a trusted SME liaison between air component operations, intelligence teams, production elements, and RFI customers—ensuring clear communication and mission success
- Author, validate, and enforce TTPs and operational standards for ISR, PED, and geospatial product workflows
- Guide multi-discipline ISR collection strategies that strengthen and sustain ISR mission execution
- Provide high-level administrative guidance across a broad spectrum of ISR functions, delivering timely, fused intelligence in support of leadership at all echelons
- Empower ACC units with frameworks to map and analyze operational ecosystems—linking people, processes, and technology into actionable intelligence
- Lead trend and system-of-systems analysis to illuminate adversary intent, capabilities, and vulnerabilities
- Support development of locally-driven, advanced analytics to optimize intelligence production and platform management
- Bachelor’s with 12+ years OR Master’s with 10+ years experience in relevant operational/analytical roles (Additional experience or advanced certifications may be considered in lieu of degree)
- Proven success conducting high-impact analysis within the last two years
- Deep expertise in Joint Military, SOF, and Targeting environments
- Command-level insight into strategic and operational planning across domains
- Polished communication skills for briefing senior government leaders on mission-critical capabilities and insights
- A track record of building high-performing teams and leading organizational transformation
- Authority on the AF Targeting Enterprise and readiness reporting practices
- Must have an active TS/SCI clearance
- Help shape the next generation of ISR and cyber integration
- Solve tough operational problems with creative, tech-driven solutions
