- You will generate leads by inspecting properties for pests and termites, providing recommendations to specific target markets, and closing sales to meet revenue targets.
- Examples of Target Markets: Commercial and residential real estate property management companies, (HOA, Condo and Apartment Associations), municipalities, (local, county, state), office buildings, retail centers, (shopping malls), hospitality, utility, healthcare, Auto Dealers, warehousing, manufacturing, etc.
- You will generate leads and prospects for new business through various means including cold calling, networking, events, and referrals.
- You will be responsible for initiating, setting up and attending applicable trade shows, representing Northwest, pertinent to the goals set forth in attaining future business.
- You will attend and participate in relative industry networking groups such as Florida BOMA (Building Owners and Management Association), CAI (Community Associations Institute), Area Chamber of Commerce(s) and similar to build relationships and seek business opportunities.
- You will educate customers on pest and/or termite control issues and recommend solutions to resolve problems.
- You will prepare solutions-based proposals and quotes for customers based on inspection findings and preventative measures.
- You will close sales to meet revenue targets and achieve company goals.
- You will stay up to date on industry trends and advancements to provide customers with the most current solutions.
- You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- You will work with Regional Sales Director (RSD) to set goals (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
- You will work, cooperate and effectively communicate with internal customers, service managers, branch managers and regional staff as well as fellow Northwest brands’ team members.
- You will maintain a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System. CRM will be reviewed weekly by the RSD. Weekly status meetings with the RSD to determine course direction.
- You will attend internal and external training as directed by management. (Some intermittent overnight travel required.)
- You will keep a Safety-First mindset, including when operating company equipment and company vehicle
- Time management: You will arrive on time for all office-scheduled appointments and company meetings
- First year guaranteed salary from $75-85k (based on experience) PLUS a commission component
- Salary during training commensurate with experience

QualificationsWhat you need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- No Experience Required!
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
- Ability to work in the field independently
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work 40 hours (more during our busy season) including weekends if needed. Some overnights will be needed.
- Computer and technology literate
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
