- For Air Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Technology: Associate’s Degree or equivalent. Universal Refrigerant Certification. *Experience required in the content area being taught.
- For Automotive Technology: Associate Degree. ASE Certification is required. *Experience required in the content area being taught.
- For Barbering: Successful completion of a state approved Cosmetology or Barbering program. Must hold Cosmetology or Barbering License from State of Wisconsin Department of Safety Professional Services. Experience required in the content area being taught.
- For Civil Engineering Technician – Structural: Associate Degree. *Experience required in the content area being taught.
- For Cosmetology: Successful completion of a state approved Cosmetology Program. Current Cosmetology License from the State of Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services. *Experience required in the content area being taught.
- For Cosmetology Apprenticeship: No degree required. Must be accredited by the State of Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services. Must have a certificate of Apprenticeship from the Wisconsin Bureau of Apprenticeship Standards (BAS) or a federally registered program. *Experience required in the content area being taught.
- For Culinary Arts: Associate Degree. Individuals must provide documentation of current certification as a ServSafe Instructor or ServSafe Food Manager and a copy of a minimum 90% test score by the National Restaurant Association Solutions. *Experience required in the content area being taught.
- For Electrical Power Distribution: Associate Degree required in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Completion of an industry-recognized line worker apprenticeship, and OSHA-30 Cardholder preferred. *Experience required in the content area being taught.
- For ABC Construction Electrician Apprenticeship: Associate degree in a related field. Must have an apprenticeship completion certificate from the Wisconsin Bureau of Apprenticeship Standards (BAS) or federally registered program. Must hold or be eligible to hold a Master Electrician License from the State of Wisconsin. Must meet and maintain certification requirements for the Electrician Apprentice Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) program area established by the Wisconsin Technical College System. OSHA-30 Cardholder preferred. *Experience required in the content area being taught.
- For Electricity: Associate degree required in a related field. Certificate of Apprenticeship from the Wisconsin Bureau of Apprenticeship Standards (BAS) or a federally registered program or OSHA-30 Cardholder preferred. *Experience required in the content area being taught.
- For Gas Utility Construction and Service: Associate Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to prepare students to obtain Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). *Experience required in the content area being taught.
- For Tool and Die Technologies Apprenticeship: No degree required. Must have Certificate of Apprenticeship from the Wisconsin Bureau of Apprenticeship Standards (BAS) or a federally registered program. OSHA-30 Cardholder or Operator Qualifications (OQ) Evaluator preferred. *Experience required in the content area being taught.
- For Truck Driving: No degree required. Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A with airbrake endorsement is required. *Experience required in the content area being taught.
- For Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator Apprenticeship: No degree required. Must have Certificate of Apprenticeship from the Wisconsin Bureau of Apprenticeship Standards (BAS) or a federally registered program. *Experience required in the content area being taught.
- For Water Quality Technology: Associate Degree. *Experience required in the content area being taught.
- *PT Faculty Occupational Experience Standards. Two (2) years (4,000 hours) of paid work experience related to the program(s) being taught, including one (1) year (2,000 hours) of related paid work experience that has been acquired within the past five (5) years. In lieu of this one (1) year (2,000 hours) of recent experience, two (2) years of postsecondary teaching experience in the appropriate occupational field within the past five (5) years may be considered. (Two (2) years of post-secondary teaching experience means eight (8) semesters of part-time teaching or four (4) semesters of full-time teaching at an accredited institution.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey ideas and concepts in a professional manner. Ability to adjust to variance in communication and learning styles of students. Ability and willingness to communicate regularly with students and other internal and external customers.

- Experience with the MS Office Suite, the internet, and email. Ability to deliver instruction at NRS levels 1-6. Ability and willingness to learn new technologies. Experience with online learning platforms and student management systems preferred.
