By working across both engineering and agronomy functions, the team drives innovation and ensures CNH planters deliver reliable, accurate, and efficient results in the field.As a Planter Engineering & Field Intern, you will gain hands-on experience contributing to planter design improvements, validation testing, and agronomic fieldwork. You'll also participate in research plot data collection and analysis to connect engineering design with agronomic outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities may include:Supporting planter design projects for both current and new product developmentAssisting with validation fieldwork, ensuring products meet performance and reliability standardsCollaborating with the field agronomy team to conduct agronomic testing and data collection throughout the growing seasonCollecting, organizing, and analyzing research plot data to evaluate planter functionality and crop outcomesContributing to the functionality and performance evaluation of planter subsystems and featuresAssisting engineers and agronomists in troubleshooting and improving planter design and validation processesPreferred QualificationsCandidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor's degree in the following majors or a related field: Agricultural, Mechanical, or Electrical EngineeringWhat We OfferWe offer dynamic career opportunities across an international landscape.
