Job Title: Business Operations - Education and Compliance - Analyst - ECCO Management Analyst
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid, mostly remote but will need to come onsite as needed for orientation, team building and special project requirements)Job Summary:This Government Client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented ECCO Management Analyst to support its operational and administrative initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate data management, effective workflow processes, and compliance with program requirements. This position operates primarily in a remote capacity, with occasional onsite presence for orientation, team engagement, and special project needs.Key Responsibilities:Provide analytical, administrative, and operational support to the ECCO (Enterprise Case & Compliance Operations) program.Compile, analyze, and report on program and operational data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.Develop, maintain, and update documentation, reports, and presentations as needed.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and accurate record-keeping.Coordinate with management and staff to track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.Support team initiatives through preparation of meeting agendas, summaries, and action item tracking.Assist with special projects, data validation, and other assigned tasks to meet organizational objectives.Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies.Required Qualifications:Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and/or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Candidates without this on their resume will be rejected.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Must be local to the Pheonix area
Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with state taxes or within a tax-related environment.Prior experience in a government, compliance, or regulatory setting.Familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools, and document management systems.
