All managed from the palm of your hand in the My Epic app.Job Summary:As the Delivery Coordinator, you are an ambassador of My Epic Gear and, where applicable, Epic Mountain Rentals Delivery, and are instrumental in the success of the delivery team. You will be responsible for daily communications with members, gear setup and delivery scheduling, gear movement and inventory control, and reservation management, to ensure guest service and membership satisfaction. We are looking for strong communicators with excellent organizational skills-someone who enjoys planning and logistics. Delivery Coordinators will work closely with their managers, assistant managers, and Delivery Specialists.Job Specifications:Outlet: My Epic Gear WarehouseStarting Wage: $22.00/hr - $26.03/hrEmployment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026Shift Type: Full Time hours availableMinimum Age: At least 18 years of ageHousing Availability: YesSkill Level: IntermediateJob Responsibilities:Review and manage incoming reservations in a timely and complete mannerBuild delivery schedules based on the reservations and available staff/vehiclesAssign gear to reservations and setup gear for deliveriesTake lead on daily inventory integrity tasksPrimary contact for answering phones, checking messages/chats, and other administrative dutiesMaintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry to assist in gear selectionBe committed to providing exceptional service with a high level of professionalismLiaison between in-store and warehouse operations, gear movement and delivery logisticsOther duties as assignedJob Requirements:Keen to learn new skills, open-minded, and can adapt to changing situationsMust have excellent oral and written communication and organizational skillsTech savvyAbility to lift 50lbs, and stand or kneel for 8 hours sometimes outside and in winter conditionsAbility to work a flexible schedule; weekends and holidays requiredThe expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $26.03/hr.
