- Post-Award Acquisition Support: Provide advice, recommendations, and document support to multiple disciplined offices in all areas of the acquisition post-award phase, to include:
- Contract Administration
- Contract Modification Support
- Delivery/Task Order Support
- Performance: Financial management activities such as collecting, running, and analyzing contract performance metrics and invoices
- Events: Support/attend Program Management Reviews/Business Management Reviews and other milestone events
- Support: Award Fee Management such as drafting packages, reviewing comments, and supporting designated COTR with analysis
- Maintain: Maintenance of contract files
- Correspondence: Government POCs and developers regarding contract status, requests for additional information, etc.
- Policy: Analyze significant, and/or unique contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, and policies
- Requests: Prepare complex requests for proposals, to include drafting technical evaluations
- FAR: Experience with both FAR and Non-FAR based contracts
- ELA: Experience with ELAs (Enterprise License Agreements) and ServiceNow
- Pre-Award Acquisition Support: Provide advice, recommendations, and document preparation support to multiple disciplined offices in all areas of the acquisition pre-acquisition phase, to include:
- Documentation: Statement of Works (SOWs) & Statement of Objectives (SOOs), Acquisition Strategy Support, Cost Estimates, Market Research & Market Surveys, Quality Assurance Plans, Requests for Proposals (RFPs) /Request for Quotations (RFQs), Source Selection, and other miscellaneous pre-award documentation
- Knowledge of the Acquisition Lifecycle: Acquisition Strategy, RFP Development, Proposal Evaluation, Award
- Action Items: Document detailed meeting minutes/action items

- Clearance: Active TS/SCI with current Polygraph
- 4-5+ years of relative experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree
