- Managing EHS Systems – Maintain and support plant environmental health and safety data systems, including SAP for procurement and documentation. Serve as backup for on-call EHS responsibilities.
- Ensuring Regulatory Compliance – Lead documentation efforts for occupational health and assist with regulatory reporting for EPA, OSHA, and other agencies.
- Tracking Key Metrics – Monitor, analyze, and report on safety and environmental performance indicators. Support sustainability initiatives and maintain action registers.
- Leading Training Initiatives – Coordinate safety training programs with vendors and department leads. Develop and maintain training plans to support a culture of safety.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in an administrative or data management role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Customer service experience and a proactive mindset
