Overview:The field service technician performs different types of support at the customers location, such as troubleshooting, setup, and installation of systems and equipment. Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in commercial settings, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.Install & Maintain: Install and maintain electrical systems and equipment, adhering to safety standards and building codes.Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service, educating clients on preventive maintenance and safety regulations.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of service calls, training, and expenses. Qualifications:QualificationsLicensing: Valid Journeyman Electrician license.Experience: Proven experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting within commercial settings.Skills: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.Background Check: Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.WE OFFER
