Job Description Summary: The Associate Stylist is the main stylist for the KISS and IVY brands. This role includes wardrobe styling for model shoots and prop styling for product shoots. The Associate Stylist is responsible for developing wardrobe and prop selections, working closely with the creative team and the art director to create the striking visuals for photo and video assets.Job Description:The Associate Stylist is the main stylist for the KISS and IVY brands. The Associate Stylist is responsible for developing wardrobe and prop selections, working closely with the creative team and the art director to create the striking visuals for photo and video assets.Additionally, the Associate Stylist is responsible for purchasing and renting all wardrobe and prop items, ensuring everything looks appealing on set to create high-quality visual assets. These assets are used across various multimedia platforms, including web and print advertisement campaigns and in-store displays.Key responsibilities also include preparing all clothing and prop items in advance, monitoring wardrobe and props on set, and making any necessary adjustments. The stylist is tasked with setting up the wall for the shoot and purchasing any additional items as needed. Regular maintenance and organization of the studio closet and its contents are also essential parts of this role.What will you do
  • Research wardrobe and props based on the moodboard provided by the Creative team for photo/video shoot projects
  • Provide suggestions/options for wardrobes and props for photoshoot and video shoot projects and present to the requester
  • Purchase and receive all wardrobe items and props and ensure that all items arrive promptly
  • Return wardrobe/prop
  • Submit invoices to Concur
  • Provide the actual budget to the Producer
  • Ensure the prepared wardrobe and props accurately convey the art direction of the photo/video shoot project as anticipated. Adapt quickly to any requested changes or variables that arise during the shoot.
  • Ensure that wardrobe options are creatively expedited within the provided budget.
  • Regular maintenance and organization of the studio closet and the prop closet
  • Set up or purchase the wall/background
  • Assist with the photo/videoshoot when needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science (B.S) / Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in a Fashion-related subject or interior design preferred
  • Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) Study in fine art preferred
  • 1-3 years of Fashion styling experience required
  • 1-3 years of prop styling experience required
  • 1-3 years of Photography and beauty experience preferred
  • Less than 1 year of SAP Concur experience preferred
  • A keen eye for detail and well-refinement in curating a stylized and cohesive aesthetic. (High proficiency)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to deadlines (High proficiency)
  • Collaborate with the video/photography team on creative assets (High proficiency)
  • Quick adapt and high resilience in the feedback process (High proficiency)
  • Strong project management skills (High proficiency)
