
Executive Assistant

- Coordinate complex calendars and schedule high-priority meetings
- Organize travel arrangements and itineraries for frequently traveling sales leaders
- Process and track high volumes of expense reports with precision and timeliness
- Partner with a Senior Executive Assistant to ensure alignment and consistency across team needs
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners professionally and efficiently
- Prepare meeting materials and provide administrative support for team planning and special projects
- Maintain organized filing systems and support the broader team as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a combination of education and experience
- 3–5 years of experience as an EA or Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced, high-volume environment—experience supporting sales or field teams is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- High attention to detail, strong organization, and ability to anticipate needs
- Comfort with shifting priorities and working under pressure with minimal supervision
- Discretion in handling confidential information and a team-first mindset
