- Setting up buffet and plated dining rooms according to clear direction from the sales and F&B management team.
- Serving food and beverage items to guests in accordance with established standards
- Communicates special requests to the culinary team and pays close attention to details in the contracted event order.
- Keeps a close eye on the consistency and quality of the food and beverage served at an event.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of an event space throughout the event.
- Considers guests needs while understanding the importance of the event order and communicates any concerns and/or needs of the guest to the leader of the event.
- This worker will be fully involved in setting rooms with tables, chairs, linens, decorations, serviceware and more from the bottom up.
- Keeps work area, including guest dining area, clean and organized
- Previous experience as a banquet server in a similar environment
- Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system
- Working knowledge of dining and beverage service procedures
- Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
- Necessary State Food Handler’s License(s) and Liquor Serving Permit(s)
