
Applications Systems Specialist

- Lead projects related to business functions of the TRS applications.
- Act as a technical interface for the applications and provides level 2 application support to end users within the DMV and DOH.
- Supports external users such as police departments, police officers, municipal/county traffic engineers, and DOH contractors.
- Provides this support by working with other IT resources such as Helpdesk, Operations, Database Administrators, Mainframe Support and State support personnel.
- Demonstrated experience in application usability and design, object-oriented design, relational database design, and/or developing n-tier/web-based applications using .NET/C#/ASP .Net Core, SQL Server, HTML5/CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, and/or GIT/Azure DevOps
- Demonstrated experience with ASP.Net MVC, Dapper, and Entity Framework
- Demonstrated experience with testing frameworks such as nUnit, MSTest
