We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time RN Case Manager - Weeknights On-Call position in the Clear Lake area.Job Description:The Registered Nurse On-Call nights position includes the following job duties: Admissions, Discharges, and Pronouncements. Assisting the Triage Nurse and some assessments are required. This position is an on-call night position with the following work hours: Monday - Thursday; from 5:00pm - 8:00am.Qualifications:
Licensed RN in the State of Texas - required
1+ years' experience as a RN - preferred
Experience with Hospice or Home Health - preferred
Effective written and verbal communication
The ability to travel using reliable transportation
Clean background, drug screen, and driving record
Work Hours:
Monday - Thursday; from 5:00pm - 8:00am
