Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout This Opportunity:We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of field testing related projects. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with experience in scheduling and cross-functional collaboration. This role is critical in helping ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities:Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage multiple projects from initiation through close-outCreate, maintain, and update detailed project schedules and timelinesMonitor project progress and ensure milestones are met within scope, budget, and deadlinesCommunicate project updates to internal and external stakeholdersIdentify and mitigate project risks and recommend corrective actionsEnsure projects comply with contractual requirements, specifications, and industry standardsCollaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to support project successProvide administrative support as needed, including document tracking and reportingPerform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications:Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience in project coordination or project support (preferably in an industrial or electrical services environment)Strong scheduling and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and collaborate with teamsAttention to detail and strong problem-solving abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) is a plusEQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYERShermco is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
