- Lead by Example: Instruct and design Tai Chi workouts that encourage our members to be their healthiest, strongest, and most balanced selves.

- Stay Current: Research industry trends, explore new formats, and continuously bring fresh ideas that elevate the member experience.

- Certification & Experience: Current certification in your specific format is strongly preferred or obtained within the first 90 days of employment. At least 1 year of teaching experience strongly preferred. Current CPR/AED Certification or obtained within the first 30 days of employment.
