- Oversee daily performance of computer systems and applications.
- Resolve user inquiries regarding software or hardware operations.
- Monitor and manage ticket queues, escalating as necessary.
- Conduct diagnostics to investigate and resolve technical issues.
- 2 years of IT call center experience with customer interaction.
- 2 years as a Helpdesk Technician with expertise in Outlook, MS Office, Windows 7 and 10, and Active Directory.
- Vocational/Technical degree in computer applications or technology.
- Knowledge of Apple iOS.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
