Help Desk AnalystDuration: 6 months OnsiteLocation: Atlanta, GAJoin our team as a Help Desk Analyst where you'll provide top-notch technical assistance to our internal and external customers. You'll handle tier one issues in a dynamic call center environment, ensuring exceptional customer service while resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Elevate complex problems to the appropriate support tiers and manage vendor tickets efficiently.Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily performance of computer systems and applications.
  • Resolve user inquiries regarding software or hardware operations.
  • Monitor and manage ticket queues, escalating as necessary.
  • Conduct diagnostics to investigate and resolve technical issues.
Qualifications:
  • 2 years of IT call center experience with customer interaction.
  • 2 years as a Helpdesk Technician with expertise in Outlook, MS Office, Windows 7 and 10, and Active Directory.
  • Vocational/Technical degree in computer applications or technology.
  • Knowledge of Apple iOS.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
