- Design and maintain scalable, efficient SQL pipelines for evolving business requests on the Risk Adjustment reports
- Focus on the new development of highly complex Risk Adjustment analytics reports (parameter driven, performance-optimized Tableau dashboards)
- Provide in-depth ad-hoc analysis that influences decision making
- Support the maintenance and make enhancements to high-visibility Risk Adjustment national report delivered in Tableau
- Manage the full development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and impact analysis (fully independent)
- Supporting cross-functional collaboration across Leadership, HCE, Clinical Excellence, and CDO teams to translate complex requirements into actionable analytics
- Multitask, prioritize, adapt to change, work well under pressure in an entrepreneurial environment, meet deadlines, and manage a project from start to finish
- Develop full understanding of CMS guidelines and specifications as it relates to Medicare Advantage and Risk Adjustment
- Leverage and coordinate enterprise-wide capabilities to meet business-specific needs
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 3+ years of professional data reporting/analysis experience
- 3+ years of experience in advanced level Excel skills
- 3+ years of experience implementing projects from start to finish
- 3+ years of experience with SQL with the ability to create ad-hoc queries and production processes
- 3+ years of experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, MicroStrategy or Tableau
- Degree in quantitative fields such as Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Health Administration or related field
- Experience within the healthcare industry
- Great attention to details and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with leaders across the organization and external customers
- Previous experience with data analytics in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with medical utilization
- Familiarity with CMS 5 Star, HEDIS, Risk Adjustment
- Comfortable with the development of reports from multiple data sets and organization of data for presentation to management
