  • Receive work orders from clients
  • Input work order information into company CRM
  • Schedule work with field crews
  • Insure field crews have all required information, materials, and equipment to complete the work order.
  • Frequent communication with clients on scheduling, conditions, required work, proposals, and reporting.
  • Review all work from field for accuracy and quality
  • Create service reports for client clearly showing the conditions and work performed
  • Create service proposals and consult client when necessary
  • Create and send invoices to clients for work performed
  • Update all notes on work order in WCR systems
  • Update all notes on work order in client system (if applicable)
  • Conduct frequent inspections of company vehicles, equipment, tools, and materials.
  • Conducts occasional field visits or roof walks with clients
Required skills/experience * Minimum 5 years of experience managing a commercial roofing service department
  • Familiarity with all types of roofing systems and roof conditions
  • Familiarity with leak detection and repairs for specific roofing systems and materials.
  • Ability to read work orders, plans, and other applicable project documentation
  • Ability to create and edit reports and pictures to present professional reports and estimates
  • Ability to prioritize and manage work in a fast paced role demanding the ability to juggle multiple tasks according to priority.
  • Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Proline (or other CRM system), Company Cam, BlueBeam (or other take off software), and customer portals.
  • Must be good with technology such as iphones, ipads, apps, laptops/computers, etc….
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Must be committed to finding ways to solve problems and issues for customers and with field employees.
  • Bi-lingual is a plus
  • OSHA 30-Hour is a plus
  • Must have ability to calculate material quantities, labor hours, travel costs, etc…
  • Must have valid drivers license
Compensation:Base Salary: $60k-$65k DOE. There is a bonus plan that ties to revenue and profitability.Health/Dental/Vision insurance with Blue Cross Blue ShieldPTOVehicle reimbursement and gas card
