- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- 4 - 6 years of relevant traffic engineering experience
- Professional Engineering (PE) license
- Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation
- Working knowledge of software such as Synchro, SimTraffic, HCS, VISSIM, or other similar software
- Traffic operations and signal timing experience is a plus
