- Manage and oversee a profitable restaurant by driving sales and performance initiatives focused on guest satisfaction, people development, and excellent brand standards.
- Train, motivate, and direct team members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, friendly, and fast service in a clean facility and safe environment.
- Using excellent communication and effective decision-making skills, professionally manage customer feedback by resolving and addressing guests' unique needs.
- Lead the restaurant's recruitment and selection process to build and maintain an effective restaurant team.
- Create and maintain a positive culture through coaching and feedback while effectively managing individual and team recognition programs.
- Delegate shift assignments and create schedules that adhere to proper staffing levels based on expected sales volumes and labor controls.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness while ensuring the team works safely and follows all safety protocols, guidelines, and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Minimum of 2 years of QSR/Fast Casual restaurant management experience, with prior experience working with P&L.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- SERV Safe Food Safety certification.
- Must have reliable transportation.
