
Operations Coordinator (LDAP)

- Coordinate, facilitate, and/or conduct Operational IT tasks (e.g. backups, hardware/software troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, control of IT consumables).
- Develop full knowledge of WMS and customer systems functionality to support users and the system.
- Work with Global Support to solve IT issues to continue Operations, when on-site assistance is required.
- Work with Global IT Project Management on implementation of projects, as required by Operations.
- Report on the performance of the quality system (e.g. metrics) to management for review and as a basis for improvement of the quality system.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in IT/Operations, Material Handling, Material Management, and Quality or related field.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents along with the ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
- Knowledge of operations (e.g. Supply Chain Management, receiving, storage, replenishment, picking packing, subassembly, sequencing and shipping).
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
