- Provide clinical oversight and leadership for Family/Adult Medicine services, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulatory standards.
- Directly supervise and support a multidisciplinary provider team (~50 clinicians).
- Maintain a 60% clinical / 40% administrative workload.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and retention strategies for clinical staff.
- Participate in peer reviews, performance evaluations, and incident reviews.
- Contribute to quality improvement projects, care coordination, and utilization review efforts.
- Assist with workforce planning, scheduling, and policy development.
- Participate in on-call rotation for Family/Adult Medicine coverage.
- Deliver direct patient care aligned with clinical best practices and organizational values.
- Clinic Days: Typically Monday, Wednesday, and every other Friday
- Admin Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays from administrative office in West Melbourne
- Travel: Must be able to travel across clinic locations within Brevard County as needed
- MD or DO degree in Family or Internal Medicine
- Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (REQUIRED)
- Active Florida Medical License (REQUIRED)
- Current DEA license and BLS/CPR certification (REQUIRED)
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience, preferably in a primary care, community health, or FQHC setting
- Prior leadership and team management experience
- Strong EMR skills (ECW experience highly preferred)
- Knowledge of value-based care models is a strong plus
- Master’s in Public Health or Business Administration is preferred
