  • Operate saw to cut parts to print
  • Quality of cut parts (size and correct material)
  • Follow cutting schedule as required
  • Accurately report labor to jobs as needed
  • Maintain safe work area
  • Maintain accurate inventory in the MRP system as well as physical inventory
  • Material handling for various work areas within fabrication
  • Keep fabrication areas orderly and remove waste
  • Regular attendance and daily punctuality are necessary for performing the job.
  • Performs additional duties and assignments as directed by management.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent with vocational or trade school training
  • 1-2 years cutting experience
  • Detail and quality oriented
  • Blueprint parts reading capabilities. Proficient mathematical skills
  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Professional communication, attitude and image
  • Ability to read tape measure and calipers
  • Will require lifting of parts and/or equipment up to 50 pounds
