This role requires extensive Ground-Up, Mission Critical, or Healthcare construction experience, along with over 15 years in the field-10 of those as a Superintendent-with strong expertise across all 16 construction divisions, particularly in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing. The ideal candidate excels at building relationships with subcontractors and clients, anticipates project challenges, and is comfortable with 100% travel.
  • Primary site leader overseeing all MEP subcontractors, suppliers, and related personnel.
  • Develop and maintain the MEP project plan, tracking weekly progress and overall project status.
  • Manage and coordinate all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing site operations.
  • Supervise labor and subcontractors to ensure high-quality workmanship and timely completion of MEP scopes.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with Owners, Design Consultants, and Project Managers.
  • Coordinate with local jurisdiction inspectors and utility representatives to guarantee regulatory compliance.
  • Enforce strict adherence to Safety Programs and oversee the Quality Control Program specific to MEP work.
  • Prepare and update detailed short-term MEP schedules.
  • Manage accurate invoicing and financial tracking for MEP project costs.
  • Address and resolve daily field challenges related to MEP activities.
  • Prepare daily reports documenting manpower, key activities, and progress.

  • 5+ years of experience working in the construction industry as a MEP Manager
  • Projects require nationwide travel
  • Experience with mission critical projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge in Construction Management or related field, preferred
