  • Degree in Construction Management or other construction related degree
  • 8+ years of construction experience (preferably with a general contractor)
  • Proven experience in management of cradle-to-grave construction process
  • Estimating/precon experience
  • Prior commercial construction experience
  • Ability to work closely within a team setting
  • Potential to grow into leadership role
  • Strong presentation and desire to client face
