Verify ID and age requirements
Basic math necessary to operate a cash register, make change, total guest checks, count total bank, prepare cash drops, total all other charges, and understand portion sizes
Lock and store all beverage, food and other equipment items, deposit cash drops and secure bank
Take food/drink orders
Make food and drink recommendations to guests and answer all menu- and service-related questions
Greet guests and deliver a memorable experience for all
Clear, clean and sanitize tables/bar
Complete side-work throughout the shift, before and after
Help guests with any special requests/allergy information
Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order
Perform any other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
2 or more full years employment experience in a related position (bartender, server)
Sufficient manual dexterity in hands to use a knife to make garnish, pick up glassware and bottles, scoop ice, mix drinks, and reach overhead to retrieve stock with or without reasonable accommodation
Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic beverages
Skill and coordination when using hands to write, pour, and carry several drinks, plates, and bowls at the same time
Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment while on your feet for 4-8 hours
Excellent organizational skills and show initiative with ability to work well in a team environment
Possess good communication skills
Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs
Ability to maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times
Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
Have proficiency in the English language
Must be able to work onsite at the location
Hours required: Part Time 20-30 hours per week for AM;Mid;PM;Must be flexible;Holidays;Weekends

Second language is a plus, preferably Spanish or French
