- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support the Company's growth, quality, and service objectives.
- Ensure supply continuity across the Company while managing costs and mitigating risks (e.g., tariffs, supply shortages, etc.).
- Establish strong partnerships with key suppliers of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Negotiate supplier contracts and manage supplier performance, focusing on quality, cost, and delivery.
- Drive and/or support negotiations with suppliers, as appropriate.
- Negotiate, manage, and support enterprise supplier licenses, subscriptions, and renewals.
- Ensure supply chain operations adhere to applicable regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with all applicable departments to ensure timely product availability.
- Ensure monthly inventory counts are performed promptly and accurately recorded in the ERP system (working closely with finance where necessary).
- Collaborate closely with quality assurance and regulatory affairs teams on inspections and audits.
- Oversee the implementation/management of supply chain technologies (e.g., ERP, MRP, WMS (warehouse management system), demand planning tools).
- Develop and own key supply chain KPIs and performance metrics and develop tracking reports for review.
- Manage inventory levels to balance service levels with working capital targets.
- Support new product launches and development efforts by ensuring supply chain readiness and scalability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
- Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of supply and responsiveness to market or regulatory disruptions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain functions to optimize cost, efficiency, and scalability.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain roles, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations (e.g., 21CFR820), cGMP, and other relevant compliance standards.
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing, logistics, and demand/supply planning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- ERP system expertise (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Sage Intacct) and advanced proficiency in Excel or analytics tools.
- Exemplify the ability to multitask and thrive in an agile, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
- Possess proficient verbal and written communication skills, while willing to share and receive information and ideas from all levels of the organization to achieve the desired results.

- Preferred Additional Experience:
- APICS/CSCP, Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus.
- Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-growth diagnostics or life sciences environment.
This is a salaried position, requiring at least 40 hours per week. There may be projects that require activities beyond the standard hours.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base salary range: annually determined based on the candidate's experience, knowledge, and abilities.
- Bonus: discretionary annual bonus based on a percentage of the employee's base salary
