- Identify and secure new business opportunities with event organizers, venues, property managers and corporate clients
- Leverage existing network of industry contacts to generate leads.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with the Florida Branch leadership team to develop custom security solutions for clients.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

- Proven B2B Sales Experience (preferably in security, events, or staffing industries)
- Strong existing network of potential clients in Florida
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.

- Knowledge of the security industry is a PLUS but not required.
