Provide administrative support to Business Development Managers as assigned
Respond to customer, Business Development Manager, Tour Manager, inquires promptly
Learn company sales practices, reservations, and CRM systems in a fast-paced environment
Maintain account profiles, ensuring complete and accurate contact details
Data Entry
Report directly to the Inside Sales Manager on a regular basis on related projects
Qualifications:
Excellent phone, organizational, and follow-up skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Experience in customer service, sales, or administration a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
