- Serves as the senior technical analyst and resolves the complete range of problems within the scope of the activity operations and refers operational problems requiring highly specialized Expertise to the appropriate technical expert.
- Coordinates, execute, implement, and maintain the installation and operation of customer application systems. Establish and maintain operation schedules.
- Provides advice and assistance to customers and troubleshoots the most complex problems in a manner that minimizes interruptions in customers ability to carry out critical business activities.
- Develops and manage customer performance requirements and customer support policies and procedures.
- Leads rapid response teams in response to customer service problems resulting from catastrophic events such as virus infections or wide spread power outages.
- Serves as custodian for restricted area such as Two Person Integrity (TPI) Certificate Authority Administrator (CAA) in a PKI environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.

To qualify at the GG-2210-12, your resume must describe at least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Experience refers to any paid or unpaid experience, including volunteer work and Military service, that would be considered equivalent to work normally performed at the next lower grade level in the federal service.For this position, qualifying experience is defined as: Experience using Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) such as Registration Authority (RA) or Two Person Integrity (TPI); managing Certificate Authority Administrator (CAA) or ITSM+ ticketing and queue management; and experience with secure space storage such as secure file transfer or end-to-end encrypted storage.Candidates must describe how they meet the qualifying experience and/or selective placement factor(s) within the body of their resume. All qualifications must be met within 30 days after the closing date of this announcement.EducationThere is no substitution of education for the qualifying experienceat the GG-12 grade level.Additional information
