Marietta, GeorgiaSalary: $75,000-85,000 (DOE) + 401(k) + IRA + Insurances (Dental, Vision, Life) + Company Vehicle and Fuel AllowanceExcellent opportunity for a Superintendent, with large construction project experience, looking to join a rapidly growing contractor offering full industry training in a specialist field.On offer is the chance to earn a great annual salary and work on multiple projects across the residential, commercial and industrial sectors.Having established themselves as a leading contractor, with a growth rate of over 1 million within the last 2 years, they are undertaking their mission to expand through the addition of excellent team members to fulfil a large pipeline of projects.In this role you will lead and coordinate subcontractor and site activities on site, manage compliance and ensure schedules are kept throughout.The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a superintendent role working on small-large-scale, construction projects throughout all phases and ideally has knowledge on pressure grouting services.This is a fantastic opportunity to become a massive part of a new company venture, earning a great annual salary, with potential to further develop into senior and leadership positions as they continue to grow.The role:
- Plan projects in conjunction with project manager - determine scope, schedule and equipment/resource
- Full compliance with health and safety industry standards and regulations
- Communication with clients regarding schedules and field operations
- Assisting in bidding/estimates
- Delegation of tasks to the team
- 2-5 years minimum experience within a Superintendent outside field role
- Knowledge on pressure grouting preferred
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Must have the physical requirements for the job (adjusting and moving objects of up to 50 pounds in all directions, good vision)
