  • Be the go-to expert for temp-sensitive LTL freight across the U.S.
  • Prospect and close new business: cold calls, warm leads, and referrals
  • Quote, negotiate, and manage full-cycle customer relationships
  • Partner with operations for seamless service execution
  • Stay sharp on cold chain trends and freight markets
  • Travel 10–15% to build face-to-face connections
What You Bring:
  • 3+ years in 3PL or asset-based sales (cold chain experience = NEEDED)
  • Proven book of business and portfolio management of $2M+
  • CRM and Microsoft Office skills (Excel experience preferred)
  • Top-tier communication, negotiation, and hustle, (FEARLESS DETERMINATION AND DRIVE TO SUCCEED is WELCOME)
  • High School diploma required; Associate’s or equivalent experience NEEDED
