PRN PreOP RNSaint Francis Surgery Center is seeking a PRN PreOp RN to join our multispecialty surgery center team.This position offers a fantastic work-life balance with no holidays, no weekends, and no call responsibilities. The RN will play a crucial role in planning, directing, organizing, coordinating, and implementing all nursing care services for pre-surgical patients, ensuring adherence to accepted standards of care and maintaining the highest level of patient safety. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
State of Tennessee RN license.
Minimum 2 years PreOp experience in an outpatient setting preferred.
BLS certification required.
Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet the needs of patients and the unit.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
