Your role involves consulting with other RNs to evaluate and refine care plans, fostering collaboration, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.Additionally, you manage and motivate personnel within the nursing team, fostering a supportive and high-performing work environment. This position represents a professional nursing role with managerial responsibilities, requiring strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence in patient care!OUR IDEAL NURSING DIRECTOR ASSISTANTWe're looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications:
1 year or more of home health experience
Current RN license
Current BLS card
