- Under the supervision of the Senior Project Manager, the Associate Project Manager will:
- • Assist in maintaining and updating timelines for sample books, memos, wing displays and collection launches
- • Assist in tracking of required yardage and vendor shipments, maintaining accurate project spreadsheets
- • Proofread sample book, memo and wing display components, lookbook and internal data for accuracy
- • Maintain/update Product Development Dept project management platform (Trello).
- • Prepare, send and collect new product spec sheets
- • Maintain updated mill contact information, pricing structure and discounts
- • Monitor inventory of current sample books to determine remakes
- • Assist in the process of remaking current sample books
- • Participate in weekly launch meetings and compile action item summaries as needed
- • Support the audit of website and database content to ensure product and pricing accuracy
- • Communicate professionally with vendors and internal staff on timelines and file updates
- • Help gather sales data or product performance insights for design review meetings
- • Support ad hoc projects as assigned by the Senior Project Manager or VP of Design
- 3 years of experience in an administrative or new product logistics support role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook; PowerPoint a plus)
- Basic knowledge of project management platforms like Trello preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
- Excellent proofreading skills with comfort reviewing numeric and text-based data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; French is a plus but not required
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in business, communications, or a design-related field
