School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full Time | University Place, WA | 2025–2026 School Year
Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2025–2026 school year in University Place, Washington. We’re a therapist-operated company that puts clinicians and students first. This is an in-person position in a school setting, and we welcome both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and experienced SLPs to apply. New to schools? No problem — we provide mentorship and support!Job Highlights:
  • Location: University Place, WA
  • Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based
  • Schedule: Full Time up to 37.5 hours per week
  • Caseload: K-12
  • School Year: 2025–2026
  • Start Date: August 2025 (exact date TBD)
  • In-person only
Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech-language therapy services in a K–12 school setting
  • Conduct evaluations and write reports
  • Develop and implement IEP goals
  • Collaborate with special education teams, educators, and families
  • Complete documentation and progress monitoring in a timely manner
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Valid Washington State SLP license (or ability to obtain quickly)
  • Washington ESA Certification required (or willingness to acquire)
