Secure our Nation, Ignite your FutureManTech is seeking a System Integration Technical Lead to support our upcoming contract with The National Security Innovation Network (NSIN) United States (U.S.) Department of Defense (DoD) program office under the Defense Innovation UnitThis contract seeks to build networks of innovators that generate new solutions to solve national security problems. NSIN and its mission partners are addressing the technological and operational challenges faced by foreign partners, which may consist of foreign countries and international organizations, through Security Cooperation (SC). SC, which includes DoD-administered Security Assistance (SA) programs. SA programs permit the Government to provide defense articles, military educations and training, and other defense related services (i.e., Foreign Military Sales (FMS)) in furtherance of national policies and objectives. The strategic environment for NSIN and its mission partners is ever-changing, thus requiring solutions that can be rapidly utilized to address changing partnerships, alliances, and world-events. This position will support the implementation and execution of a full-spectrum SC and SA solutions, for the FMS life cycle, to develop foreign partner capabilities.This position is a hybrid role with remote work 90% and local travel to Arlington, VA 10%This role requires an active DOD Secret clearance.General Responsibilities:The SI Lead shall provide services to synchronize technical planning and operational support for all systems or training delivered and fielded within the applicable SC Agreement (SCA). These services shall include technical support and systems integration for the country-specific export variant of the system or product, which may include non-standard and non-U.S. systems and components. These include systems that are part of the Security Cooperation and Security Agreement programs.Minimum Qualifications:Five years of experience (within the last ten years) performing in a systems integration engineering role for SC and SA programs including conducting site surveys, generating materials lists, preliminary design, procurement, and installation.A current certification in one of the following:
  • Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Engineer In Training Certification (EIT)
  • CCNP Service Provider Operations (CCNP)
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
Preferred Skills:Two or more certifications in systems integration.Experience doing systems integration work in and austere overseas environmentPhysical Requirements:Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%The projected compensation range for this position is $109,100-$181,100. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
