- Evaluate, document and manage patients strength, range of motion and muscle performance.
- Provide on-going physical therapy care that complies with the organization's best practices, standards, policies, and procedures.
- Develop treatment plans describing a treatment strategy, its purpose, and its anticipated outcomes.
- Determine the patient's ability to be independent and reintegrate themselves successfully upon completion of care.
- Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
- Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) standards.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Enhances practice reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Master's Degree or equivalent as licensed Physical Therapist
- Maintain valid state Physical Therapy license is required
- Superior Verbal Communication, Patient Services, Health Care Administration, Teamwork, Use of Medical Technologies, Bedside Manner, Dependability, Health Promotion, and Maintenance
- Must possess intermediate computer skills
- Therapy services leadership and delegation experience
