
IT Support Technician

- Provision computers and mobile devices as needed.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets, phone calls, and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, software applications, hardware, printing, and networking. Escalate unresolved issues to teammates as needed.
- Assist in job site deployments, including network installation and structured cabling.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks, including account setup and equipment provisioning.
- Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base to improve team efficiency.
- Manage IT assets and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
- Actively participate in weekly IT meetings to discuss ongoing issues, upcoming priorities, and current project work.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and common desktop applications.
- Willingness and ability to travel to company offices and job sites.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Self-starter. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused with a positive, helpful attitude.
