We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced long-term temporary employee to manage our performance conversation and talent calibration programs. This role requires close collaboration with the HRIS team to support Workday configuration, reporting, and data integrity. The ideal candidate will deliver manager and HR business partner enablement, provide insightful program metrics and analytics, and partner with our total rewards team to enable annual rewards planning. Additionally, this role will provide support for the launch of an upcoming manager development program including but not limited to updating materials, drafting communications, and coordinating scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end performance conversation program and talent calibration processes
Partner with the HRIS team on Workday setup, configuration updates, and comprehensive reporting to ensure accurate and timely data for performance and talent programs
Develop, deliver, and continuously improve enablement session materials for managers and HR business partners
Generate metrics and analytical reports to inform program effectiveness, identify trends, and support business decisions
Collaborate with the total rewards team to advise and support their enablement efforts leading into annual rewards planning
Support the launch of an upcoming manager training program including but not limted to:
Updating training decks, program documentation, and communication materials
Coordinating scheduling and logistics with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and key stakeholders
Tracking program progress and managing follow-ups to ensure successful implementationSkills & Qualifications:
Proven experience managing performance management and talent calibration programs
Strong working knowledge of Workday preferred
Skilled in learning design and instructional design, with capability from basic to advanced levels to craft engaging enablement experiences
Exceptional collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills, adept at working cross-functionally with HR, compensation, and business partners
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and create actionable reports and insights
Highly organized with aptitude for managing multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment
