- Design and develop custom solutions using Dynamics CRM 365 platform, including but not limited to CRM and Power Platform applications.
- Customize and extend CRM Dynamics 365 applications using PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other Microsoft technologies.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM Dynamics 365 applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Create detailed technical documentation for developed solutions and integrations.
- Stay informed about updates and new features of Dynamics 365 to ensure best practices are followed.
- Experience with back-end services including best practices for data management, caching, and optimization
- Familiarity with Azure services is highly desirable.
- 5+ years of experience in CRM Dynamics 365 functional analysis, development, and design.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM modules Sales & Marketing/Field Services/Customer Service, including configuration, customization, and extension capabilities.
- Proficiency in creating both canvas and model-driven apps.
- Experience in automating workflows and integrating various services.
- Strong skills in designing and managing data models, especially with Microsoft Dataverse.
- Skills in designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
