RN- Nursing Admin Supervisor (Night Shift)

• Serve as the House Supervisor overseeing all clinical operations during assigned shifts.
• Lead bed management, patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Coordinate patient flow in collaboration with nursing units and ancillary departments.
• Manage staffing levels, ensuring appropriate nurse-to-patient ratios.
• Act as a resource nurse, providing clinical and administrative support to nursing staff.
• Serve as the primary administrative contact for incident management, patient issues, and escalation protocols during off-hours.

• Active RN license in the state of Massachusetts (MA) required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nursing Administrative Supervisor required
• Previous travel nursing experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
