Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

This is a great opportunity to use your language skills and customer service experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, payments, and account reconciliation - all while providing outstanding support.Key Responsibilities:Answer inbound calls and provide professional assistance regarding customer transactions and account inquiriesReview, reconcile, and process customer paymentsPrepare and distribute invoicesAccurately enter and retrieve data for customer and commercial accountsPerform cashier duties including accepting and processing paymentsIdentify and resolve discrepancies in payments or transactionsAssist with basic accounting and administrative tasks as neededWhat We're Looking For:Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)High school diploma or GED requiredAt least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environmentFamiliarity with general accounting or bookkeeping tasks preferredStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and accounting softwareAbility to handle interruptions and perform accurate mathematical calculations under pressureExceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skillsWhy Apply?Consistent full-time hoursMake an impact by helping both Spanish and English-speaking customersGain valuable experience in accounting and customer relationsInterested?
