DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
  • Minimum of an Associate's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Comparable work experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years technical experience working with hardware and software applications which includes technical support, systems administration, or management.
  • Experience in supporting and administering an electronic health record business application is a plus.
WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?As the IT Systems Administrator, your role involves managing the technology requirements for our client. The individual in this position will offer analysis, troubleshooting, technical support, and coordination of computer hardware, software, networking, and application systems for the staff. Independent judgment and decision-making are exercised in carrying out assigned responsibilities.WHAT WILL YOU DO?
  • Functions as the key point of contact for all requests from a broad range of users for technical support at two site locations within 3 miles of one another. Provides consultation and support; communicates effectively to convey complex technical information.
  • Coordinates with the client’s staff to ensure best practices, processes and procedures are followed which includes the following:
  • Participation in the client's change management process for software and hardware changes. Communicates, as necessary, with end-users regarding changes that may impact operations.
  • Serves as the primary interface with vendors and is responsible for efficient and proper integration of all software, programs, networks and hardware. Manages those relationships and assists in building relationships with management. Will also assist with support on various software applications.
  • Must be available for emergency call-in, weekends, holidays, and varied hours as required.
