
Process Technician

- Overtime or weekend shifts may be available based on company needs.
- Manufacturing/warehouse roles – SOP-driven environments where accuracy, safety, and repeatability are critical
- Renewables/field tech – solar installers, battery/energy storage, field service techs
- Technical trades – electrical apprentices, HVAC or automotive technicians, industrial maintenance
- QA/regulated industries – materials testing, food safety, medical device, pharma or biotech operators
- Perform voltage and current testing using appropriate equipment, procedures, and personal protection equipment (PPE).
- Follow standard operating procedures and quality assurance guidelines.
- Monitor tool operational status and ensure corrective actions are implemented to maximize uptime.
- Under the guidance of the quality team, help to maintain calibrations and calibration records of on-site reference devices.
- Organize and maintain module inventory
- Perform preventive maintenance programs, repairs, spare parts, upgrades, or replacement of assets.
- Install hardware, PV modules, and monitoring equipment
- General housekeeping of stations.
- Overall proficient knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong health and safety mindset.
- Driven individual that can take on work and drive to completion.
- Ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness and ability to work in a combination of indoor desk work, indoor laboratory work, and outdoor fieldwork.
- Willingness and ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work on rooftops in varying temperatures.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to pass pre-employment illegal drug and background screening.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience (Trade school or work experience)
- Experience in PV, HALT, or power electronics testing.
- PV system site inspection experience.
- Familiarity with electrical plans and layouts.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- OSHA training certification.
- Proficiency with data acquisition systems.
- Knowledge of LabVIEW tester software and troubleshooting skills.
