In this high-impact role, you will empower technicians and professionals through strategic learning initiatives, curriculum design, and expert instruction-directly enhancing performance in one of the world's most advanced industries.What You'll Do: Make Learning a Launchpad for ExcellenceAs part of the delivery and facilitation team, you'll be a key driver of employee capability and operational readiness. Your responsibilities will include:Defining project scope and recommending deliverables, resources, and budgets for training initiativesLeading curriculum development and updating content, instructional materials, and testing processesAdapting course delivery methods to meet specific business learning objectivesActing as a lead instructor in mechanical, electrical, or quality assurance disciplinesCoordinating system access requirements for training participantsIdentifying performance gaps and implementing solutions that drive measurable improvementsSupporting implementation of development tools and monitoring success metricsThis role offers flexible scheduling between 1st shift (5:30 AM - 2:30 PM) and 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM), with openings primarily on 2nd shift.
